Will it be a chapter like the Iron hands or will it be tied to the Machine Cult even more? Love themed armies so look forward to this thread progressing.
As for the shoulder pads, why not cast them yourself?

If your going to have adeptus mechanicus themed marines then you may want to have mor bionics as just the shoulderpad and a helm here and there doesn't really scream theme.

You have a good point and I have 2 sets of the Iron Hands bits spread through out the army, I some how didn't take any pictures of them. 
The is the sergeant for my Terminator squad. The has a bionic arm and shoulder pads from Maxmini. I love this stuff and I will be using these parts across the whole army in addition to The new FW Bionics and GW Iron Hands bits.

More Terminators
I think I need make these more techy some how. I'd like to see the Iron Hands Brass etch that FW is doing and maybe work some bionics into these guys legs or something.
