- You have to give a basis for a statement; without this, there can be no debate.
If you're going to take the time to respond to a rules question, please also take the effort to explain your answer. Answering with just yes or no answers doesn't really accomplish anything worthwhile... you're just presenting an unsubstantiated opinion.
So please ensure that answers to rules queries include a page reference and/or summary of the relevant rule. Answers should be an explanation as to why you feel the rules work the way you are claiming, not just a 'Yes, take my word for it' sort of affair.
