I know the terraclips packs were supposed to be released at gencon but were delayed for printing errors.

Since then i haven't heard a peep, anyone know anything? expected release date? Cancellation?

Hey folks,
We've been swamped with our August 2010 releases as well as getting ready for Gen Con and we thought we would give you an update on TerraClips.

We've developed a great new modular chipboard terrain product with outstanding artwork, unfortunately, the early product we received is not quite up to the quality standards that Wyrd Miniatures and WorldWorksGames product is associated with and consequently we won't be releasing it on August 5th as planned and will be delaying the release until later this year as manufacturing issues are resolved.

Our apologies for the delay and we will keep you updated.

They keep updating this thread and post regularly that they are not up to the quality standard they expect and so keep sending it back to the manufacturer. I very very good decision which shows they are commited to quality

Basically, the first batch of products featured a much too thin cardboard (see GenCon thread). Now the supplier has to produce a second batch with thicker cardboard. But the product is not cancelled.

This is not nessacarily true, but its close enough.

If your looking for Malifaux themed terrain I'd suggest the Pegasus Hobbies, museaum quality line.

Honestly, the terraclips looked way over-rated to me.

I'm a HUGE Malifaux and Wyrd fan, but that does not mean I'm blindingly loyal, of course. I won't be spending my money on the terraclips. I'm with Caty on the Pegasus lines.

Hmmm, i went to the pegaus hobbies website but cuoldn't find any terrain that was "museum" quality.

Do you have a link?

I was interested in the terra clips stuff because its modular, pretty cheap for what you get, and seems easy to store flat or near flat so it doesn't take up a lot of space, and takes way less time to build than scratch builind terrrain.

Sure it only looks so so but you can't have everything.

Also i have a a lot of old necromunda terrain that i'd like to get rid of and this is the perfect excuse to do so.
