Plaguebearer with a Flu

So i am new to 40K well mini war gaming overall, and BT is my army that i am building. Wanted to get some feedback on this list I have tried to create, thank you.
[HQ] 460pts
Master of Sanctity
*single lightning claw, power weapon, artificer armor
5 command squad
1 SGT with Termy honors
1 fighting company standard bearer
5 furious charge
1 apothrecray
Emps Champion, accept any challenge
[ELITES] 359
5 termy assault squad
furious charge
1 dreadnaught
furious assault, extra armor, smoke, searchlight
[TROOPS] 595
all 3 squads the same way
5 initiate, 5 neophyte (total of 15 initiates, 15 neophytes)
1 PF, 1PW, 1 Meltagun
2 Rhinos extra armor
[FAST ATTACK] 277
10 assault squaud
2 flamer upgrade
1 PF
10 krak grenades
[HEAVY SUPPORT] 308
2 Pred. Annihilator (same options on both)
las cannon sponsons
extra armor
smoke
search light
Total pts 1999/2000
now remember i am new to WH so any ADVICE would be nice. Of course everyones style of game play is different, and each army you face changes the battle. So with that being said, i am a more of in your face kind of guy, hit from behind with the tanks and get my CC guys up close ASAP and bring the wrath of god down on them. So knowing my play style what do i need to change if anything??
Thank you

The assault terminators would be much better if they were in a LR
Neophytes do not benefit from the "Accept any challenge" so I would suggest replacing them with initiates even though it means dropping a squad. Also you cannot have both a PF and PW in one squad (one or the other) If you want to get into CC quickly you will want to equip the initates with CCW/BP
TBH, I would not run this list personally, I run a footslogging (no transports) list myself and love it.
Also since you are new to the game I would suggest starting out with smaller battles (1000pts) it will be less expensive (I assume you have not bought much yet) and you can get a feel for how the units work.

Personally, I'd take a Marshal over a Master of Sanctity, as I find Ld10 across the board more beneficial than Fearless for a single unit. That could just be my terrible Ld rolls, though.
As Ma55ter_fett says, switching your Neophytes for Initiates is a good idea, as you'll benefit more from AACNMTO, and the unit will be that bit harder to kill.
And the Assault Terminators would be better in a Land Raider if you can find the points, as they're a very expensive unit to risk losing to a high volume of small arms fire when footslogging. What role are the Assault Terminators to play in this list?
Also, if you can spare the points, Smoke Launchers are well worth it on BT transports, since the 4th edition rules mean they turn all penetrating hits from shooting into glancing hits on the turn that you use them.
I'm not a fan of Command Squads, personally, as I don't find that they offer anything that other units can't do for less points. I'd be tempted to drop the command squad, and have your HQs join other squads. You could use the freed up points to make your Crusader Squads up to 10 Initiates, and invest in another Rhino and Smoke for all three if there's enough points left over.
Don't take my advice as absolute, though, this is just what I've found to work for me.
Finally, might I ask what the Assault Squad is for? they don't seem to have any wargear that gives them a specific purpose.
Oh, and playing a few games at lower points levels is probably a good idea to help you get used to the rules.

Your MoS has a bunch of redundant wargear. He already has a power weapon in his crozius arcanum, so you don't need the lightning claw and power weapon. Just give him a bolt pistol and frag grenades.

QFT
I dont like useing rhinos and razorbacks in my BT army. They are just too much points wise. I would either run a land raider list or footslogging. IMHO those two types of lists take addvantage of the BT codex the best.
