Anyone know how to paint a Raven Guard Company Standard, specifically 3rd company?

Is there one in the codex?

If so, toss me a page number and I'll try my best ;P

I miswrote my question. I want to know what the 3rd company standard looks like, or any company standard for raven guard.

like any codex-company banner maybe?

Basically the chapter badge + company number and or color, + any won laurels and or titles of the captain/company, + a list of campaigns,...
I'd guess 3rd co has a banner somewhere hidden ( since RG tends to not really show their colors ), mostly black and a white raven on it.
Either some red or a 3 to be found on it, and maybe something about the campaigns against orks.

We were wrong. It's not the 40k End Times. It's the Trademarkening.

You'll generally find that GW expects you to take up your own creative flair.

Does the 3rd Company have an established char in the fluff? If not, it's really down to you... Just copy an existing standard but jazz it up with fluffy achievements your company has managed.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Addendum: I see it's Shrike's company... Go find out what his heraldry is and add that to the centre (perhaps) and then on the bottom of the banner (where you get the three little protruding scraps of cloth) add perhaps the Roman numeral III on the far-left one... and then any "trophy" insignias.

For reference, go look at the Smurf banner earlier in the codex.

Here's what I ended up doing. It may not be 100% accurate, but I still think it looks pretty cool

Oh, I certainly vote with my dollar, but the problem is that that is not enough. The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that.

I like it

But when they own a particular type of race they tend to stick its head on the bottom afaik, at least, that's what the Blood Ravens 5th Company did.
