It was complaining that my post was all in caps or had too man exclamation marks (said explanation marks, typo here) when it had a total of 3 capital letters and no exclamation marks.

What was the title? Also thanks for the spelling correction, baby induced exhaustion caused a brainfart there, will fix that typo which I made consistently for a couple of days :S

Ah, that explains it i was posting in threads that had titles with many exclamation marks or capital letters.

I think the popup is aimed at the thread poster rather than people posting in the thread.

One thing I've noticed is that if a thread has a 'bad' title (which causes a pop-up) then anyone who replies to that thread also gets the same warning whenever they post a reply.

Not sure if there's an easy fix for that (or if its even worth it), but that's the issue I believe he's talking about.
