What i wanted to do was to make a fully mobile force that still are versatile.
What do you think about the list? does it lack anti tank with only two Railguns?
But i don't know how i would be able to protect the broadsides if i would field them, and they are not as mobile.
Also i don't like kroot, so i don't really want them in the list.

At 1,000 points 2 railguns is plenty of anti-tank. Your Missile Pods will easily dispatch of lighter armored vehicles, so I think you're good there.
The best way to protect Broadsides is Shield Drones. 2 of them will absorb any of the wounds that the broadsides can't handle. Broadsides will hit more often than Railheads, but the submunitions are definitely handy.
I wouldn't totally eliminate Kroot at this point level. They certainly have their uses, but if you don't want to field them, FWs will suffice.

Onto the list:
HQ: Not too much to say here. I run mine with a PR/MP/TA/HW MT and have him join a unit similarly equipped, but I think you could use the anti-infantry you have here. You could Hard-wire the Multi-Tracker and give him Targeting Array.

Elites: Look good, wouldn't change a thing. Can't go wrong with Fireknives.

Troops: With the Devilfish, I would either make them full-fledged Warfish (SMS, TA, MT, DPod) or just give them the DPod. Spending 20 points on the SMS isn't entirely worth it when it's only going to hit 50% of the time. Plus you could use the extra points for more FWs or a shield Drone or 2 for your HQ. Not quite sure where to pull the points from. You could drop a Railhead in favor of a broadside, or drop both Railheads for 3 broadsides with TL Railguns, SMS, ASS, and a Team Leader with HW Target Lock, HW Drone Controller and 2 Shield Drones.

Heavy Support: I would switch the SMS to Burst Cannons. This saves you 10 Points that you can spend on Multi-Trackers, which are very important. Moving 12" and firing a STR 10 AP 1 shot or a STR 6 AP 4 large blast is really frightening.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents. Take from it what you will. Overall your list looks pretty good. The one thing that I would absolutely change is the SMS to Burst Cannons on the Railheads and getting them Multi-Trackers. All the other things are just suggestions really, hahaha.

It looks like a very good starting list. I'm not a fan of AFP but hey. Two Railguns should be fine, don't forget the Missile Pods are good against light armour as firemind said.
But i don't know how i would be able to protect the broadsides if i would field them, and they are not as mobile.
Hammerhead are best in smaller games, Broadsides work better in larger ones, I would stick with the Hammerheads. Also, on the point of drones, I usually don't field my Broadsides with a full 2 Shield drones for points efficiency reasons, one Shield Drone or 1 Shield and 1 Gun Drone work as well, but avoid using Gun Drones by them selves they have lower T so can end up hurting more than they help.
Also i don't like kroot, so i don't really want them in the list.
At this point level it's not really an issue but at higher point levels Kroot are needed, If you don't like them just convert some proxies that fit your aesthetic better and have some fun doing it.
I'll also second more or less all of firemind's advice, upgrade the fish, Burst Cannons are better than SMS for Hammerheads, etc... Only thing I really disagree on is dropping Hammerheads for points, I recommend keeping them, I would trim points by downgrading your commander and/or some Fireknives to Deathrain if needed.

Now prepare yourself for the inevitable bad advice that is to come, people will tell you to take squads of 12 Fire Warriors, tell you to take random Crisis Suit configurations, etc... but don't listen to them. You are on the right track and all you need to do now is play some games and take it from there.

Thanks for all the tips, Unfortuantly i had to change More than 2suits to death rains to afford the uppgrades you recommended, and that is not what i felt i want to do. So i just removed 1 suit entirely instead and got the squads 1 shield drone each instead.

Looks pretty good, I run lists fairly similar to this at 1000 pts. My only question is why do you have two fireknife teams, a 1 man and a 2 man. Why not combine them?

Beyond that it looks pretty good. If you drop the shield drones on your commander and crisis team, you can afford 6 more fire warriors to beef up your teams, which may or may not be a good idea.

I could combine them but now i can split them up if i need to, but that maybe is a bad thing? I could only get 3 more fire warriors but i think i rather have a little more survivability for my suits.
How did you calculate 6 fire warriors?

I was being touched in the head at the moment. Bleh... yah, keep the Shield Drones.
