This is my first ever (OMG!) post, so please forgive any mistakes, noobiness, ironicness, and general fail featured. Ta.
I was wondering is anyone has a funny army. By this I mean having an army that genuinely raises laughs at your club. Personally, my Space Marine army is...
THE KNIGHTS WHO SAY NI!
The Knights Who Say Ni have been kicked out of the Imperium. They were exiled because of after intense investigation, the Knights Who Say Ni have been worshipping shrubberys rather than the Emperor. This was considered heresy, so they now wander the stars in their Chapters single battle barge, feeling sorry for themselves.
I have a number of special characters from the Monty Python films featuring in my army.
-Chief Librarian Tim the Enchanter
This is one of my favourite models in my army, it was also my first use of green stuff. Tim has horns stolen *Ahem*
borrowed from a Chaos playing friend. He is modelled throwing the killer rabbit like a Javelin. I still find this hilarious, especially since the rabbit has a squig's teeth, and has blood around it's face.
-Dreadnought Black Knight
The idea with this model was to show that no matter how many limbs you chop off the Black Knight, he will still try to kill you. Unfortunately, after a certain incident, he has no limbs left, so he had to be installed into a dreadnought. It's a chaos Dread, with all the evilness filed out, and the helm replaced by a brettonian one.
-Chapter Master King Arthur
This model has a holy hand grenade, which I run as a melta bomb. He has a crown from a friends's bits box which I doubt they'll miss. Hopefully.
I really wanted to make an army that no one else has ever done before. I just love the feeling of holding something in my hand that's unique. All my vehicles (my army is fully mobilised

) have insults and quotes from the Monty Python films on the rears, like...
-"He's not the Ethereal, he's just a very naughty pathfinder!"
-"'Tis but a glance!"
and you get the general idea...
So, I was wondering if anyone out there has a funny army? I would love to hear reasons for making models, and what people have said against them.
Cheers,
Waricck
