As I recall, Little Big Planet 2 comes out today. Did anyone buy and play it yet? If so, how does it compare to the first?

I am going to play Dead Space 2 first, but my next purchase will be LBP2. I really want to try out the game manufacturing part. Supposedly you can craft more than stages like in LBP. You can make mario cart type games and RPGs with it.

In your base, ignoring your logic.

Yep, they added the ability to create 2D shooters and first person shooters as well as other games.

In fact a guy made the 1942 arcade game in the first LBP.

Well I heard you cannot do RPGs on LBP2. That sucks, but it should still be a decent game.

You serious? Fps? Curious to see how they will incorporate that. Mmm, the Rpg thing does suck. So no one here has actually bought it yet?

No I haven't got it yet. I will post here when I do. I still need to finish vanquished and I have Dead Space 2 coming next week. I am sure LBP2 will be a great game though, I just hope I have enough time to play it before Deus Ex: Human Revolution...

LBP 1 was epic just because of level creation and what some people could do.

Seeing how much they are adding to it, number 2 will be legendary.

I'm sure with enough time a person could make an rpg using extremely complex circuits.

Whichever they are, I'm not on the Reich ones, clearly.
