I went with a ruined overgrown with grass style. Picture did not come out spot on but my parents camera is crappy and I do not have a better one!

Thats a nice piece of terrrain you've got there. You achieved the ruined overgrown you were going for nicely.

It's really good, there's something about it that I absolutely love.... but I can't quite put my finger on what it is

It's a bit blurry, but even so I'm loving the uneven, weathered look of those stones! A* work there!

I have recently been diagnosed with swelling in the brain, so please excuse spelling mistakes and faulty sentences. I am losing my ability to type and talk effectively, but dammit, that is not going to stop me from trying.

Looks great, I would give some advice though if you want to make it, or the next one really really cool.

Try sanding your filler/putty/polyfill before painting, you'll get more of a smoother "old stone" look and less goo texture.

More loose individual blocks for the crumbling sections. The pieces are a nice touch but realistically would not stay together so well.

Vines, vines, vines! little strands of sphagnum moss which you can get at florist sections of craft stores, glued around the base would do the trick.

A small canister of butane gas inside the temple, with a wide nozzle on the top, so you can have a constant flaming sacrifice altar at the top... okay maybe not, but I can't help myself.

The ruins of the Palace of Thorns

Funnily enough, I already came across this as I was going through random gallery images last night. I think I gave it 8/10 and 8/10

Though guards may sleep and ships may lay at anchor, our foes know full well that big guns never tire.
