I thought i remember reading somewhere that the orks were going to get a new buggy/track kit and some plastic meganobz. Am i making that up or am i remebering correctly?

Gods i hope so. Metal MANZ are just too far from funny..

since most of the Ork serise is plastic they better get those war buggies fixed.

The buggies i'm not fussed about, though new ones would be nice.

The MANZ are waay to expensive, and tiny compared to modern orks. They really really need a redo.

Just unsubstantiated rumor. The only bits close to that that have been seen were CAD renders of skorcha parts like three years ago.

What you have read is known as "wishlisting".

This unfortunate effect usually occurs whenever a rumour of any kind comes up.

What happens is that some mouth-breathing idiot might really like (or dislike, it doesn't really matter) the rumours in question, but he really likes a little bit more/something different.

This mentally deficient nimrod then proceeds to post what he really likes. This is, in and of itself, not really too much of a problem, but the slowed moron chooses to do it in the thread containing the (legit) rumours.

This could all have little effect on the thread in question, but these kids, who were obviously dropped on their heads as babies, usually travel in packs.
So now knob-end number two (get it?) posts how he would really also like X.
Now the avalanche starts.

Before you know it people are refering to X in other threads and even on other forums, and none of the people doing so have the brain power to actually keep the rumour and wishlisting apart.
And so it continues.

Now we get back to you, the unfortunate victim, and me, the old angry man.

Fight wishlisting in rumour threads. Don't let this boil on the bum of war gaming grow any bigger.

It has happened before that FW previewed upcoming kits, like the plastic Valkyrie as a CAD drawing in the Aeronautica book years before its actual release.

Man if they look half as cool as the drawing they'll still be 10 times better that what we have now.
