That thing is in Apocalypse Reload... it's a rather cheap SH which has very little firing abilities but incredibly BRUTAL CC skills.

Is there a model for this thing? Do you just take a normal stompah and says it's one? Does the normal stompah come with the 'crazy looking head' it has?

The head doesn't come with the stompa kit to my knowledge, and there's no dedicated model for this. Just convert up a stompa to have claws and you're golden.

I'm currently making one using the ordinary close combat weapon and the Forgeworld Klaw.

If you can get hold of a Stompa hull from a bitz site you can mix and match with the full Forgeworld kit and get a Mek's Stompa and a Goff Stompa for...welll the price of two Stompas...but at least you're not paying extra!
