So I'm going to converting some AoBR deff kopttas into war buggies, and since I don't own any of them I'm not sure how large they are. I have a trukk and Tau vehicles for a reference scale if that helps. Also does anyone have some suggestions for the wheels? Right now I'm going to use soda bottle caps and then use plasiti card to make it more Orky.
Thanks for any advice.

Warbuggies are tiny, since their models are ancient. I've seen people put wheels on Deffkoptas and that's all, and they looked fine. About the same size too. Check eBay or some bitz sites to get Marine biker wheels, Ork biker and trukk wheels, and so on. Soda bottle caps will look terrible. Some people also use Lego wheels, funnily enough.

Another way to make the wheels that I discovered is actually pretty simple and pretty similar. But it really only works if you have a pop-riveter.

Take two bottlecaps. drill about 1/32" holes in the middle. Put them inside-to-inside. Take a 1/4"long pop rivet, stick it through the two, and tighten it about one or two squeezes, so the rivet's tight, but doesn't 'pop'.

Makes a grand old wheel, is cheap, and easy.

Sweet thanks for the helps guys, I'm also thinking about turning the DKs into warbikes since they are about the same size without the kopta blades, as long as I turn the rokkits into something more gun like do you think people would have a problem with them? I'd also add wheels.

Rokkits is what you want - Orks need all the ranged anti-tank they can get, killing infantry isn't a problem!
