I think you've got some serious issue with this list. Just thinking what other armies could be taking at 2500 points, this could be horribly destroyed very quickly.
Ghaz is a nice choice. and Zogwort is quite fun, not competitive at all, but probably a nice HQ to use.
I'm presuming Ghaz is in the trukk with the Meganobz.... Well you might as well not have the trukk. a Single trukk in 500 points is probably going down turn one. And in 2500 points, i really don't see the point in having it. :(
3-4 Squads of Boyz seems like a good solid choice at this point level.
Your Nobz. Walking. Well i haven't seen it before. And on face value i would probably say stay away from walking Nobz, you have no Pain boy, so even with Eavy armour, your going down fairly quickly (if Lascannons etc start shooting you. and 5 PK is quite expensive.
I Deffkoptas, i think are best used individually, or in squads of 3. And i personally would rather have Rokkits over Buzzsaw, but not sure which is really best.
Never seen Flash Gitz used, but i don't think there very good. Possibly worst unit in the codex
Big Gunz are quite nice i think, and have seen a few more list than i expected with them around.
Now without you saying anything else, i don't know wether or not you are planning this army,have it and have been using it. If you are planning it, you really need to go back to the drawing board. There is a lot you can do here. Like adding Lootas, maybe Komandoes. Battlewagons. Lots of Trukks maybe. Also depends how competitive you want this list to be. If you want to be really fun, add some Stormboyz etc. But i just think footsloggin Nobs and solo trukks is just asking for trouble.

Like rodgers said, there are a number of flaws with this list. At the 2500 point level, you need more boyz. Thats the biggest issue I can see. Another problem is the solitary trukk. That thing will get picked off almost instantaneously, which leaves your meganobz and gazzie to get shredded by the rest of the enemy. The only time you should use trukks is when you use a lot of them. The old saying of throwing mud comes to mind... Also. Flash Gitz are useless. Like was speculated, they are the worst unit in the codex IMO, you would be far better off running lootas, of which this list has a serious deficiency. Consider dropping the Nob units to put in 2/3 units of lootas, they are one of the best things you can take. The sheer volume of fire they can put out is great, and if you mount them in a battlewagon, with a mek with KFF, your golden. With the number of boyz you have, you might consider running a kan wall list. Going about this would require dropping your hq units and putting in meks with KFF, and then retooling your heavy support to be nothing but kans. You can also add more troops by taking 2 deff dreads

I'd drop Old Zogwort he's not that good.
Meganobz should be in a Battlewagon, Trukk is too weak but seems you're majority foot you really should get a Big Mek with kustom force field and then Grots - Grots go in front then Boyz behind giving them 4+ cover save while Grots get 5+ from the KFF, or go Kan Wall which uses Killa Kanz, these get 4+ cover from the KFF too.

Thanks again guys you have given me heaps to think about. i like this idea using grots and mek to get good cover save  i thought zogwort would be handy being a phyker plus being able to turn a powerful independent charcter into a squig would be rather handy?

A few things wrong with your second list. First thing, you have 3 HQs. Either drop the Mek or Zogwork. Your troops are a solid choice. Try a squad of gretchin, (30 at this point level) as a back field objective holder while your army advances.
For transports, gotta go all in or might as well not at all. The reason for this is because the more armour value you have, the more your opponent has to split fire or focus on one thing. Both which benefit you. Having one battlewagon at 2500pts will probably get destroyed in turn 1, even with being AV14. You have to decide if you want a more infantry/horde oriented or a mech/fast oriented army. Once you choose we can better help what units to take/not take, right now your kinda all over the place.
As for the lootas, never take meks w/ kustum mega blasta. 1) because your giving up a spot where a deffgun could be, and 2) the gun is short ranged which doesn't go well with the 48'' range of the deffguns 3) 1shot at BS2 isn't going to do much (same goes for the rokkits) and 4) you have a change to loose a 15pt model.
Also, invest in bosspoles for your boy squads!

So maybe change all meks with Rokit launchas? and which hq should i keep? also maybe then instead of a battle wagon stack up on more bug gunz? if i get rid of big mek and battlewagon maybe put the rest into boss poles and gretchin?

No, don't even take meks at all in loota squads. Stick to Pure lootas with deffguns.
So it looks like your going for a greentide list (horde type army).
Here's an example using units that your using:

Its well under 2500 Points. I ddn't put any point values because you can add in any upgrades that you wish. Your opponent is either going to have to focus down your transports filled with mega nobz, nobz, or slugga boyz or your foot-sloggin troops, and either way one thing or another is making it into assault. Always take a pain boy w/ nobz for that FnP roll and the upgrade for the 5+ invul save. Also, giving them different war gear allows for wounds allocation and added survivability. The Mek is there to give either your troops or tanks a cover save.
Alot of people take 9 kans with a green tide list, to benefit from the meks cover save, but thats up to you. The list I gave you is by no means 100% optomized, but it includes what you are using with a bit more focus.

You might think they don't hit, but put in 3 shootas and you have a 54 str 4 shots at 18'' range and 9 str5 shots at 36'' range, softens up the enemy quite a bit while you get over there. Of course you could take sluggas and just skip the shooting phase by running but its up to you.
Trukks are very good IMO as they make up for their fragile-ness (is that a word) with speed and their special rule. If you are going to take trukks, make sure you take a lot! Like I said, armour saturation, to make sure your oppenent splits his fire, making his shooting that much less effective.
Kans are very good too for their points (35pts !!). However, taking kans while everything else is in a fast transport or even battle wagon isn't the best idea as they will be left behind and isolated. They work best with a foot-slogging list, where they can provide cover for your boyz and recieve cover form a mek and his KFF. If you are taking kans, take as many as you can. These are a good unit to stick on some rokkits as they are the only unit with bs3.
