I'm just wondering what would be a better choice for a chaplain in a BT army, a reclusiarch or a master of sanctity?
To me an extra 15 pts for another wound and 10 leadership seems worth it, just wondering what everyone else thinks about it.

I think that if going for a chaplain, definately go for MOS over a reclusiarch.

However, given that one of the abilities of the chaplain is the re-rolls to hit buff, I really don't see the point in BT chaplains, as youll likely have preferred enemy anyway.

Go instead for a Marshal, as he will confer Ld 10 to your entire army.

Permafearless? Righteous Zeal towards any enemy? Cenobytes? Not to mention that the MoS comes with a PW and a 4++ as stock. If you're running a Black Tide, the Chaplain is probably your best choice.

Myself, I don't bother with HQs and just take the mandatory Emperor's Champion to save points for the real killers.
