I just sold my entire 4000 point Tau army and used the money to buy an entirely forge world tau army. My question is how long will it take to get to me? I live in Arkansas. My order was 600 pounds. Ive heard that the larger your order is, the faster it arrives. My order has 10 suits, 6 broadsides, 4 pirahnas, and a greater knarloc if that makes a difference.

It should be there next week or so. Depending on if all your items were in stock in Memphis.

Bwuh?

Forge World stuff won't be coming from Memphis. It'll be coming from Nottingham. Trust me on this. Memphis has nothing to do with it.

But Bdix, you should be seeing it in around 5-6 business days. The bigger orders come via UPS, and smaller orders come via USPS.

But, 5-6 business days sounds about right. Sometimes it might be a little more if it gets caught up at customs or arrives at a funny time.

Thanks for the replies! I heard some horror stories of having to wait like a year for shipments.

Yeah...if someone from the US or Europe waited more than a month and didn't call them, that's the customer's fault not FW's.

It takes, at the absolute slowest, a week and a half for them to get things out to those two locales.

Waiting over 2 months for an order to Oceania without contacting them also seems kinda dumb.

We had a similar situation at the shop when people did a massive order. Some people have still been waiting nearly two years for back-ordered product, that's with calling and pestering.

Yeah, I don't believe you.

You know why?

Because they send replacements out in under a week of receiving notice.

As for "back-ordered product", it's likely that the product doesn't even exist as a mold anymore. They've removed a lot of things from their range and they're SOL if that's what they wanted.

Perhaps the latter, but nonetheless, around 8 or 9 guys put in a big order and they received their first batch in a month and some change. From there the shop owner is still receiving random bits from that order.

Then have the shop owner check the post dates.

Because it sounds more like what would be dubbed 'lost packages' that are being found and delivered.

Yeah, I basicly sold off all the tau that I never used and consolidated it into a 2000 point forgeworld list that I will use all of...I kept the models that I actually use (ie 100 plus kroot)
