A friend of mine gave me this game for X-Mas - But with my Fiancee out of school, I dont have alot of time to get on the PS3 anymore, so I am looking to trade it.

Yes, all PS1 games can be played on a PS3 console.

All PS3's can use PSOne games. That compatibility chart only applies to PS2 games.

Hate to debate this in your thread, BUT only original PS3's can play them, back when the 60gig drives came out, most of the PS3's after that were intentionally made to NOT play PS1 or PS2 games. The slims won't work at all with non PS3 games.

Sorry have to call bs I have a slim it plays ps1 games.

PSOne games are compatibile with every Playstation 3.

I stand by what I said about the FAT PS3's though.

My "fat" ps3 plays ps1 games just fine. It was in the 2nd or 3rd generation of the system.

What is the condition of the disk?

Disk is near perfect, no visible scratches, Instructions booklet is perfect, but the jewel case has some cracks. If you had another case it would be easy to switch everything over to have a mint copy. Since I have no trade references yet, I will be willing to ship first.
