I'll be brief. I have a bunch of 'nids that I've inherited. I can't drop any coin on the army but I'd like to see if I can bodge an army together out of what I've got. My group is casual so proxies are acceptable as long as the models are roughtly the same size/shape etc, eg I could stand in warriors for Tyrant Guards, and any ranged weapon can be used a similar type e/g venom cannon/barbed strangler, devourer/deathspitter.

I have:
3 carnifexes

2 tyrants, 1 of them winged

1 lictor, plus 2 warriors that kind of look like lictors, because of how they are posed (and they are the only painted warriors)

14 other warriors

1 zoanthrope

15 hormagaunts

17 termagaunts

21 genestealers

8 spore mines


I don't even know if spore mines can be fielded by themselves anymore, haven't read the new 'nid codex yet.

Any suggestions? Besides reading the codex lulz, I'm going to.
