Throw in a Zerald for a bit fast anti tank that would help you a lot.

1 BT will not be good enough

I don't think the 10 man Plaguebearer squad helps you much here. either split it in half, or add another one. (or just have 3/4 less in the squad)
5 Flesh hounds...... I would assume will be dead before getting into combat, their not tough enough.
I would also try and fit in another Soul Grinder.

Your building a Khorne list here. Without the best Khorne unit........ Bloodcrushers. Get some of them in. Then maybe put Skulltaker on a Jug and put him with some Crushers, although he can be fairly good with a large squad of Bloodletters.
