I would pull the flails off the marauders and put GW on them so you are not just slap fighting the second round if you don't break the enemy, which seems likely without MoK, but all in all it looks solid.

If you could put a flaming standard on the other warriors I think it would be 10 points well spent. That unit will mangle regenerating things well enough to keep them away.

And yes, MoT + Blasted Standard gives you a 4+ ward vs shooting phase attacks.

So overall it's a pretty simple WoC list, with hardy core, a get-you-by caster and some extras. The only thing it's really missing IMO are some musicians (horsemen, knights), but could also use some more CHOP in the form of halberds on one of the warriors - I know you love the 3/5+ save on the tizz shield warriors, but a 4/6+ save isn't much of a hit when that S5 is liquefying the other guy - and at least an arcane item on the level 4. Here's my thoughts in list:

L: Sorcerer Lord - MoT, level 4, talisman of preservation, infernal puppet = 370

H: Exalted Hero - MoT, BSB, talisman of endurance = 175

C: 18 Warriors - MoT, blasted standard, full command, halberds = 378
C: 18 Warriors - MoT, full command, shields = 338
C: 36 Marauders - MoT, standard, musician, flails = 212
C: 5 Horsemen - musician, flails, light armor = 86
C: 5 Warhounds = 30
C: 5 Warhounds = 30

S: 5 Knights - MoT, musician = 230

R: Warshrine - MoT = 150

Level 4 found himself a dirty dirty puppet to protect himself / his boys and blow up other casters, the anti-shooting ward warriors traded in shields for badass halberds, the marauders lost their champion Mr. Liability (auto-challenge ftl), and both horsemen and knights discovered the joys of music - i.e. swift reform (for the knights), easier bait-n-flee rallies (for the horsemen), and draw breaking for both.

Flame banner is a good call too, I almost went with a dispel scroll on the level 4 and a flame banner on the other warriors, but backed down when I decided puppet would be more useful for you in all games.
