After having a read of my ork codex, and how grotsnik decided to made his own super ork, I decided to make some rules for it.
WS5, BS2, S6, T6, W5, I2, A4, Ld10, SV4+
unit type: monstrous creature, unique (not sure)
Wargear: cybork body
Special rules: fearless, waaagh!(maybe)
Stimulant injectors: Grotsnik has added injectors which can be released during battle
to give his "toy" an edge over the other green skins (not that it needs it).
To represent this the super-ork has the furious charge and feel no pain special rules.
Crazed: the super-ork will thrash about in combat and cause as much damage as posible,
even when tecicaly dead. The super-ork allways gets its attacks when it charges,
even if it has all ready been killed due to initative order.
Overcharged: if grotsnik is in the same army as the super-ork, once per game, at the start or the assult phase, he can chose to
activate the super-ork in to overcharge. When activated the super ork will benifit for +2 strength
and the fleet special rule untill the start of the next ork players assult phase. However, there is so much strain on its body that parts of it can start falling
off or its organs can come loose and disconect. when activated the super-ork all takes d3 wounds with no armour
saves alowd, however invenrebles may still be taken as its metal parts hold it together.
I was thinking of giving it some ranged weaponds, maybe an arm mounted kill cannon, but im not sure

Not bad idea but it is o overpowered. Drop his wounds and weapon skill. Ld10? No for ork, even their biggest bosses dont have it! Make him fearless and drop ld to 7. Strenght could be 5 too cos he has furious charge. That crazed rule could benefit rage too and without making his attacks he would cause D6 S5 Ap- hits when he charges. Dont give him killakannon but maby scorcha or few big shootas. Overcharge could make him to lose 1t and make him move slow&purposeful whith those d3 hits but could make him to fleet always 6" and it would be able to do without grotznik.

ok, WS4 does LD need to change as hes fearless? other wise LD7 keeping S6. Crazed gives rage and d3 attacks for charging and i wont change the overcharge other than maybe allowed without grotsnik. that sound better ?

What's his wargear? Strikes me that grotsnik's super ork would have more than a choppa and a slugga!

Just to say, all orks, except grots, have furious charge.
Also, if this is one of grotsnik's inventions, I'd think that it'd have poisoned 4+ attacks.And don't make it an MC! I'd say make it have an equivalent to a chainfist.
Maybe call it a buzz-fist.

Maybe i could do what they did in the GK dex, like the weaponds on the dreadknight, and just make a larger version of an all ready existing weapond. like a super shoota with losts more shots ?

Well maybe it would be good to make him an upgrade for Grotsnik and downgrade the toughness and strength by one and only have 4 wounds and make him more like a bodyguard

I actually like it in the beginning as-is, 'cept for the Ld 10 bit. ld 7 and FNP is plenty for that.
Love the original Crazed rules, actually. Only really useful against folks that deal lots and lots of powerful wounds really fast (like DE) Overcharged sounds interesting.
MC seems fine, and I'd actually not give him any weapons at all. High strength & WS and guaranteed to attack seems plenty. Just a huge, brutal looking hulk of an Ork, smashing things.
