So, I'm starting an Alaitoc themed Eldar army. I'm looking for markings for my Falcons and Wave Serpents. Where would I find some form of lexicon or such? I know enough about their language to know that they are more pictographic than phonetic.

If you want to know a bit more about the language, check this out: http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Eldar_Lexicon
If you're looking for just some symbols to put on your models, we don't really have enough of an understanding of the Eldar language to really work out complete sentences. Just throw around some of these symbols, or ones that look like them:

The Emperor doesn't have a GKs unshakable faith in the Emperor which is....basically himself?

Thanks, Grakmar. This gives me something to build off of. I just wish there was something more solid, in the same sense as you can look at an Ultramarines army and know what squad everyone belongs to without being overly familiar with Space Marines in general.

Well, we do know specific symbols for each unit choice. That's a good place to start.

Their symbol means "rebirth of the ancient ways". It's not far-fetched to think the heart stands for health/rebirth.

I really need to stay away from the 40K forums. |
