Good so far!
I'm not sure whether you are more a fluff or competitive player, but unless you are married to the idea of a pure-khorne army I'd have the next addition to this be a caster of some sort. 2d6 winds of magic dice are an awful lot to sacrifice on the brass altar of the Blood God.

Well you definitely have that down! I'd merge the units as your army gets bigger too. In smaller battles you'll often win by simply outnumbering and thus outflanking your opponent. Above 1k you're gonna need ranks.
A single Level 2 Tzeench caster would be able to throw an unreasonable number of dice every turn at each of her spells at this or the 1500 point level.

Something to consider would be joining two of your 3 letter units together, then dropping the third unit.
The freed up points can be spent on a musican and the d6 charge banner for your single unit. The rest can be used on some furies and hopefully 5 hounds.
As it stands your list is kinda slow and presents no threats to the back ranks.
Any empire/dwarf/HE/DE/skaven player at this point level will have some warmachines that can wreck your day if they are allowed to go unchallenged.
At 1000 points 28 'letters in a unit is gold especially if supported by some good flankers('crushers)
You might also consider dropping the unit champion for the crusher unit as his extra attack is kinda gravy. Although he can be used as challenge protection for your general if you think he needs it.

Looks good, IMO though a Herald of Tzeentch is probably the best hero possibly in fantasy. Why? Because he's cheap gets a 4+ ward save and has access to a 25pt upgrade that gives him all the spells in a lore in the rulebook. Also for a rare choice you really can't beat flamers. Are you planning on sticking the herald in with the crushers? It's viable but I would hate to see a cannon or a stone thrower land on him and him not benefit from look out sir rolls. I do prefer more beefy blocks of infantry, horded blood letters but a big unit of 30 does not leave many points for anything else. But let us know how you do.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

You should probably use some daemonettes instead of one of the units of bloodletters to tie up a ranged unit. Maybe a group of nurglings as a screening unit.
