Don't see the point in the Battlewagons. List would be better with some Lootas for fire support and perhaps two Big Meks so you can split your force as that's a lot of vehicles within 6" of one force field.

Point taken regarding the BW's and the extra Big Mek. BW's are supposed to neutralise AV14 with DR's and provide transport for Big Meks. 30 Lootas could be a good replacement, but won't crack Land Raiders. What to do?

Avoid Land Raiders that's all you can do. Orks have problems with armour 14 period so I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

as said above i'd drop 2 trukks down to 11 and have 2 big meks with kk droppign the warboss for splitting thier fire maybe with the points for 2 BW can fit in another trukk with boys for 6 total troop choices you'd be maxed but never have to many boyz

with remaining points maybe a group of grots to pretend you are intrested in holding objectives?

That was similar to how I ran my trukk lists. The BWs are smart. I stuck them in front with the KFF covering them, then you use them + the buggies to cover the trukks so everything has a nice 4+ cover. The BW can soak up alot of hard shots and usually leave the trukks unmolested. Then just haul ass to one spot in the line and dump. It works pretty well.

Only thing is Id nitch the RPJ and instead fit some rams on the trukks. That way the ones that survive dropping off boyz can go and tankshock some units or use them to block off access to other parts of the board.

Play this build hard and fast is the only way to pull it off

@ KingCracker: You get the picture, man! The list is built around mobility and TL rokkit spam. Will consider your Trukk advice, too

I'm running a similar list at 1k and for fun, I also made an alternative load out that included a group of Nobz and a painboy for fun and profit.

If you're going to run Battlewagons without transporting troops, why not make them 'Ard Cases and give them a Killkannon or something (or just the 'Ard Case), since they'll be screening your units and soaking up fire? Decent firepower, hard to crack, good screening unit - seems like a good deal to me.

Definitely fit rams on the Trukks.
