This, and the variations thereof, with no arms attached.

The regular boyz box.

Actually, in the boyz box comes the arms with the guns attached.

I got my shootas from the boyz box.
Needed them for some Necro conversions.

Gave the orks to a mate who played them and wanted sluggas.

Actually, it looks like someone cut the ends off of the shootas and strapped Bolters to them.

Looking at this awesome site for sprue pics http://spruepics.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=orks&action=display&thread=16 it might be that the current Boyz don't include them but a previous version may have.

Confirming that the third edition shoota boyz box came with separate guns like those above.

Crap!
So it's an OOP bit then?
Looks like I have my work cut out for me then.
Need to get a LOT of them to add on to my slugga boyz.
I'm a fairly newish player and went all AOBR sluggas, and now I want to diversify without rebuying and painting 100 boyz.

Just get the current arm-on Shootas.

Take the AoBR slugga boys and cut their choppa arms off with clippers, then file to fit.

It will work fine. I've seen people turn AoBR boyz into Burna Boyz with real Burnas from the kit (which are a paint to assemble with the torsos they come with).

I'd rather just strap the guns to their backs so I can leave the model as is.
Anyone have a suggestion for some 3rd party bits to fill in the gaps?
Something that looks Orky?

Here's the first result I could think of:
http://www.maxmini.eu/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=57
They sell lots of "not Ork" bits.
