I'm going to my first tournament in may and am taking Orks...having only fought against sm, nids and eldar in planned battles im looking for an army thats resilient against all comers. Here are my suggestions

#2 for me, although #3 is a close 2nd.
In #2 the nobz + WB in the BW make a nice deathstar. The burnas (if you can get them where they need to be via the trukk) can be devastating. 25x man boyz are solid units albeit a bit slow. The bikers give you some speed/backup to the BW/trukks.
Are you open to tweaking the lists at all or do you just want the hardest?

#2 Seems pretty strong to me too.
I'd consider swapping the Warboss for a Big Mek with KFF to sit in the Trukk with the Burnas, and maybe dropping the amount of boyz you have so you can give each squad a Power Klaw.

Suggested changes then. I dont have codex/ AB at hand so you'll have to work up the points yourself.
Drop the shoota on the WB, personally I rarely shoot with him.
Give each nob a unique piece of wargear to make him different from the next, that way you can do wound allocation tricks. For exmple give one a boss pole, another an ammo squig etc. However this will seriously increase the cost of this unit, since its a 1000 point game maybe just giving 2-3 of them different things would work better.
Drop a few boys and take a nob in the bikers with a PK, it gives them more utility/hitting power.
If you are confident your battlefield will have lots of terriain to use as cover for your trukks/BW then I wouldnt take the BM with KFF. The warboss hits like a truck and and coupled with the nobz they will devastate most units. However if your terrain is lacking the BM/ KFF combo is great since it'll give your vehicles cover as they move forward.
The other final change is a fairly big one and will change your list composition from the basic one you came up with yourself (Im always hesitant to change peoples lists since trying things out is the best way to learn) but (!) you could drop the boyz units down to about 18 per mob and take up some lootas. They will really help with shooting up light/medium or killing troops. Since your trukks/BW/bikers will hopefully tie up enemy units early, the need for larger 25 man units becomes less. 25+ is really for footslogger type lists, which are going to take serious fire as they march up the field.

list 3 is nice  .
You MUST take weapons on the Battle Wagon, as you take them any weapon destroyed will swap to immobilised.
Since your not useing any of your Heavy Support maybe put in a lobba or 9 since there 25pts each and it's only 3 pts for re-roll

By all means take a 150pt unit in a weak trukk. It won't get destroyed the first turn. Don't you also have to use a movement turn to swap out the units? Hey I could be way off on this one but I am pretty confident that burnas are best suited in BW and kommandos. Try the trukk idea, but if I had half a brain I would pop that single trukk because I know burnas can do some damage. It just doesn't make sense. Am I the only one?

Burnas need a BW to ride around in so the first two lists are out.
I really am not a fan of any of these lists though as they all mix some mechanised with foot and I think that's not the way to go with orks. Orks need to hit with the full force of their army all at once, preferably overwhelming part of your opponent's army with the full force of your army. This can be accomplished by walking or driving up your horde so they all hit at the same time. If you do both they will hit at different times, allowing your opponent to deal with pieces of your army at a time.
Walking orks should either be screened by dreads and kans or taken in massive numbers. Mech orks should have a KFF mek to protect their trukks and wagons.
