Hello there everyone,

With the upcoming of the new codex of Grey Knights i saw that Grey Knights can have Stormraven Gunship as well like Blood angels.
This one makes me wonder and here comes the question:
Do other chapters and other codexes have Stornraven Gunships?
I own Ultramarines, Space wolves, Black templars, Dark angels and Blood angels (+ some Grey knights).
Since my codex on the other chapters says nothing about Stornraves is true that i cannot use it BUT,
I ve heard conversations that saying they might make the rest of the marine codexes able to use Stormravens as well.
Tho i have checked out the FAQ on the GW site but nothing found talking about Stormravens in other chapters.

Does anyone know if im able to field Stormraven on the rest of my marine codexes and i just missed that? Or maybe is there any possible thoughts on doing this?

Thank you in advance

Theofilos

Sorry I cant be more help

My guess, and it IS a guess, is that once the GK release is out the way (the number of SR sold for GK has been huge) they may then put it in WD, and capitalise on a few more sales.

It's rumoured that it will become available to other marine codexs with the forthcoming flyers expansion.

IF there is a flyers expansion. That has been the one rumor thread that just won't die....I'm still hoping for our 'Summer of the Flyers', but I won't believe it till I see it.

I'd love to get the flying pick-ups for orks

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

My best friend has played space wolves since 2Ed. He thinks it's silly now they they can no longer use the tank named after their Primarch, Leman Russ.

Tell him to either play Apoc or deal with it.

Well, they couldn't when he started playing (The Leman Russ tank didn't even exist when the 2nd edition Space Wolf codex was released, and it wasn't available to Wolves until 3rd edition), so it shouldn't be that much of an issue, really.

On the Stormraven... while you can't (legally) use it in normal games of 40K, you certainly can in Apocalypse
