This may seem like a silly question, but in the damge chart for Super-Heavies it lists Destroyer hits as +1 to the damage chart, but not AP1. So, my question is, are super-heavies affected by Ap1 even though the table doesnt list AP1 as a modifier?

I'm not the authority on this and I honestly have never even played against a super heavy tank but...I would say yes and that is because at my FLGS everyone plays it that way and in the rulebook it says AP1 gets +1 to all damage chart rolls.

Apocalypse has its own rules, and the super-heavy damage chart is part of those.

That chart does not include the AP modifier, so it should not apply to super-heavy(s suffering) damage.

I have seen people play it both ways, but that does not change what is written.

Bear in mind that the Apoc rules were written for 4th edition, before threr were any modifiers for AP1 or AP- on the damage table.

I'd play it that they do.

Apologies!

There are only *2* IA: apocalypse books

There are 10 (soon to be 11) main Imperial Armour books, and then about 3 "updates" (which they stopped doing about 2007, from memory) which are thin books to add new rules in.

Finally: if anyone ever gets anything, get IA 9 and 10. STUNNING books, amazing posters (*every* chapter in the badab war!) and some great campaign resouces.
