Hey,

Today I had a small talk with a friend. He said that you could give your Lord Commissar a camocloak and if you attached the Lord Commissar to a unit of conscripts, all the conscripts would have stealth. (Thus granting +1 on the coversave.)
While it sounds good, I ain't sure.
Can anyone confirm this?

Yup, works that way. Search BRB FAQ for "stealth".

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

This is going to cause a lot of horrible jokes...
"Quick little boys, hide under my jacket so that no one sees us!"
I'm going to field such a unit!

Q: If only some of the models in a unit have the Stealth
special rule, does the whole unit benefit from the +1 cover
save? (p76)
A: Yes. In effect the ones with the Stealth special rule
ensure their colleagues also find good places to hide.

A small nitpick on this.

The conscripts don't all get Stealth. They all received the benefit of it, because Stealth affects the unit rather than just the model that has it. But only the model with the cloak actually has the Stealth USR.

In game terms it doesn't at this point make a lot of difference... but if there was something, for example, that specifically affected models with Stealth, only the model with the camocloak would be affected. And if he dies, the unit loses the benefit, as they don't themselves have the rule.
