Hey, I'm heading out to college soon, and while I haven't yet decided where I'm ending up, William and Mary's becoming a strong contender. I was wondering, since nothing is showing up on Dakka's Store Finder, if there's anything in the area for Warhammer 40k? Can anyone help?

What the heck are you smoking.... William and Mary's the toughest college... you won't have time to have hobbies if you go there... My GF graduated from it with the help of her natural talent for near perfect memory and could just memorize everything she reads one time.

she always tells me UVA's a much better school... of her class of 13xx, 7xx graduated.... that's pretty low... they have the highest suicide rate of any college in the united states, and the professors try to make students fail... her high school valedictorian and salutatorian flunked out first year.

Haha I know it's tough, but I got in! I can handle it. Anyways, UVA's not an option anyways, didn't get in, and it's not my style. Maybe your GF just had a rough time, the professors are really nice and helpful, I'm getting this from the students who go there.

Well, I'll see for myself! You've got to remember the internet is the "vocal minority" - most people who post on there don't represent the community as a whole. But yeah, I'll be wary, it's gonna be a doozy.

Good luck. I painted figs at my college as a way to relax and it worked great except when I dropped that one paint pot.


Two suggestions I would make:
1) start training to live off 6 hours of sleep
2) make sure you checkout websites that talk about professors before you sign up for classes
