This is along the lines of an anti-eldar list for 1000 pts. He typically uses large amounts of elites and tanks.

Grey Hunter- squad of 5, razorback (TL-HB) with extra storm bolter=125

Heavy Support
Long Fangs- 2 ML, 2 HB, razorback=145

The principle of this is to come to close quarters and form a gun line. I plan on putting the rune priest in a rhino with the grey hunters. I'm not sure if its worth putting land speeders in a list this small. I wanted to keep the grey hunters mobile for capturing objectives. Please let me know if you think this would work and comment any suggestions.

What are the Razorbacks armed with?

Razorbacks come standard with TL-HB

Honestly for a 1000 point game that's not bad. You aren't likely to fight any really heavy armor. The 3 Missile Launchers and Autocannon (not to mention Rune Priest) should be able to shred most light armor. Just make sure your units are close enough to support one another and you shouldn't have too much to worry about.
