Hi I was looking in the GW site as I want to do Dark Angels and was looking at the upgrade sprue and was wondering if you can build 5 Veterans from the sprue as it depicts in the picture or whether you can only get 3 as a picture on the same product shows furthermore if you can get 5 what's the difference between the £15 vet set and the £8.40 upgrade sprue.

Yes, you can build 5 Marines, it's exactly the same as http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat1400016&prodId=prod1060236 only without the box.

The Vet set comes with the Space Marine Accessories sprue, which has Melta Guns and (I think) a Missile Launcher. It also comes with the bases needed for the Vets. The Accessory Sprue only comes with the weapons depicted and no bases.

The upgrade sprue appears to only have 3 leg sets. 4 if you want termie legs.

This is all you get in the Upgrade pack AFAIK:

You presumably get this along with the above in the Veteran Boxset:

EDIT: Nevermind, you can actually see the above two in GW's website. But yeah the difference between it and the veteran's box is that one extras sprue with the special weapons.
