@kmdl1066: I'm not so sure about that. Buildings are treated like normal vehicles, not transport vehicles. I don't see anything about units on or in a building having to "disembark". But I may have missed something. Would'nt be the first or last time

OP: They way I see it, if a unit is inside or on top of a building that is wrecked, they are placed in difficult & dangerous terrain. But they don't have to test unless they move. Some might point out that they "entered" the dangerous terrain when the building is destroyed, and I can see their point, but it's just not the way I see it.
If the building explodes, it explodes just like a vehicle, forcing models within
d6 to suffer a
str 3
AP - hit. I would rule that the models in or on the building are within the
d6, even if a 1 is rolled, and so would take the hit. Then they are placed within difficult, but not dangerous terrain.
So it's kinda pick your poison: Test now (explosion) or take a chance and test later (Wrecked, move through dangerous terrain).
