Given mine has a teleporter, JUST the incinerator is good. Too expensive otherwise.

Also - this should probably head to tactics or similar. Not really arules question!

First off, this post should go in Tactics, not YMDC.

I know a lot of people will look down on this, but I like mine super shooty, and it has so far, paid for its self.

Doomfists, Heavy Psycannon, Gatling Psilencer.

12 shots and a large blast is very shooty. It also can take a ton of hits, most of the time more than a tank, and this costs similar to other army's tanks. It also recieves the extra CC attack since it has 2 doom fists. My army over all though is shooty. I have 14 psycannons (not including the heavy one), 3 are TL, so it fits overall. Your DK should fit your army. You don't want a CC DK if the rest of the army is gunline, for example.

Teleporters are good if you want your DK to be assaulty. 12" move + heavy incinerator + assault + 2 DF = win vs non power weapon wield units.

Word of the wise, stay away from anything with a PW. Once mine, unfortunately, got assaulted by 5 TH/SS termies out of a redeemer. I had a greatsword and managed to take out 2 of them. That is very against the odds though. Points wise, they won.

i agree, the dreadknight is more a bully unit, it can lock in combat many non pw units, but in shooting is where he can do more damage.

Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios

Doomfists and heavy Incinerator.

the other ranged weapons are fairly useless.

the Heavy Psycannon should have been a Psycannon with a higher rate of fire or a higher Str not a blast weapon.

and the Psylencer is, sadly, just garbage. that weapon had alot of potential

i would have made the psilencer like the callidus' pistol but with highter ap and a assault-haevy profile like the psycannon, i think fluff-wise that would be better.

I'm finding the Teleporter is very important to gain the mobility needed, the extra attacks with just the fists vs. the sword or hammer seem pretty important... The heavy weapons overall are a bit underwhelming, but I haven't really played all THAT many games with the Dreadknight...

as i said before, the personal teleporter isnt on the poll because is not an actual part of the miniature and i made this poll to assembly my miniature

Mine is getting the magnet treatment :-) That way I don't really have to completely decide...
