So i'm going to do tomb kings again. But i'm hunting for anything to use instead of just basic bone skeletons. Would jade bones work? Any thoughts on how to get that effect?

You'll need to think up some fluff to explain why your skeleton army has no 'real' skeletons in it Doesn't seem impossible though - some powerful necromancer has enslaved the souls of the dead, blah blah blah, and now reanimated them into artificial bodies into an army to take over the world etc.

So, what are the slave army's artificial bodies (which wouldn't have to be skeletons only) made of?
- Jade or some other type of stone would be easy enough
- metal (gold, brass, silver) would be even easier, if you don't mind the necron look
- clay/ceramic, if you want a golem theme?

Get some greenstuff and make them mummies.
