Spraggy was feeling down on his luck. He was a tough nob, and earned alot of respect from many battles, and was as hard as a rusted bolt. Lately though, him and his boyz hadnt gotten the respect he thought they deserved. They were left out of the last couple raids, and teef were getting short.
"Oi! Get ova here ya worthless gits!" shouted Grog, a ruff and tumble mek that worked directly under Unta. "Da boss's got some work ta be dun" Grogg looked around the shack and realized there were two teams waiting for some action, Spraggy and his band of shoota boyz, and Grummly, a grot that had as big a smart mouth as his rokkit launcha could blow holes in things. "Ahhh....well wes only need one uv yas.....so you figure it out" Grog spit on a grimy, oil stained paper and stuck it to the shack wall.
"HA! You finkin you can do betta? Youz as lowly as dem boyz you runnin wif!" Grummly laughed wildly in a pitch that can only get as high as a grot could get.
"Watch who yer talkin to grot...... tell ya wot....lets us
av a bet. If ma boyz win, we get da contrack.... if Is lose..." Grimmly cut off Spraggy "Den Ill take yer place fer me own, afta I eat your dead carcus! Youz got a deal!"
Spraggy hated the fact that Unta let a grot actually run things, he figured it was because Unta was a BigMek first, and a boss second. "Alroight boyz....we got us a bet, who eva blows da most tanks up...gets da REAL contrack!"
Kill team match. Orks had to blow up as many tanks as possible. Space Marines had to keep that from happening.

Which ever Ork team got the most tank kills won the match. Space Marine were just trying to keep that from happening. 1 model had to be in base contact with the Big Ass Tank bomb to "carry" it, it took a full Ork shooting phase to set the bomb, bomb went off following shooting phase. Bomb was STR10 AP1 Lance 4
D6 inch blast.
(Side note, I realized uploading that my camera lost a few pictures....so theres a couple gaps in the pics sorry folks)
Setup for the board was as follows. We then came in on our board edge.
Spraggy (my son) basically split his team into 3 squads. 1 was his scouting psycho with the big ass bomb, Spraggy + big shoota/shoota boy, and the other was the rest of his team. Spraggy and crew went after the space marines camping behind the sandbags infront of the bunker. Group 2 went on the left side of the table towards the big bunker, and bigass bomb went for the rhinos parked on the right.
Grimmly (yours truly) came out on the back field. Grimmly + tankhunter went strait at the command tank (the colorful one) parked behind the small bunker. We knew that was worth something (2 points) tankhunter + big ass bomb hunter went for the vindicators and the last 2 went behind the vindicator nest to haul ass down the back stretch.
The space Marines (my brother) were all surprised to see a bunch of Orks come out of the wood works. These
SM were some hardened badasses and wouldnt allow some foul xenos so much as touch the Emperors vehicles. 2 were in the sandbags, tech marine + body guard (preferred enemy) where behind the small bunker near the command tank, another was walking by the big bunker, and lastly one was admiring the vindicators.

Spraggy
Spraggy went first. His big ass bomber scouted towards the rhinos, then moved and ran, in 1 turn was right on the bloody things. Spraggy and crew moved and ran towards the small bunker. Group2 did the same near the big bunker
Grimmly
Grimmly and friend moved and let loose on the command tank, and nabbed a shaken. The big ass bomber and friend moved and ran towards the vindicators. The other 2 moved and ran down the back towards the big bunker.
SM
The 2 veterans in the sand bags jumped out and took off towards Spraggy. They fired and killed a boy. They were too far away to assault.
Spraggy
Spraggy doesnt like loosing his boyz, and tore one space marine to shreds! Bigshoota/shoota boy let loose and killed them a space marine as well. Spraggy was happy to see his boyz didnt lose their edge from their last bit of action. group 2 shot at the
SM near the big bunker but failed. Big ass bomb finally ran and got to where he wanted.
Grimmly
Grimmly and friend fired at the tank once more and did nothing. Big ass bomb and friend moved closer to the vindicators. group2 moved and let loose on the rhino near the big bunker. Blew off a storm bolter.
SM
Sm near the big bunker shot at Spraggys 2nd group but failed, so he assaulted and was
BTB with 2 boyz. He stabbed one to death but the other boy actually saved! That boy in turn, beat the space marine to death with his shoota. Tech Marine and guard climbed inside the command tank to take control and tell us to get off his lawn! The furious charge vet charges bigass bombs friend and slices him in two. and consolidates in the opposite direction as bigass bomb hunter. (Ithink he wanted an explosion
)
Spraggy
Has nothing happen this turn. Big ass bomb activates the bomb right behind the rhinos.
Grimmly
Grimmly assaults the tank, and bustabombs it into chunks of metal. He takes a wound his friend takes no wound, and the
SM that are inside are fine (no surprise) but the guard gets pinned. Bigass bomb was set!
SM
(this part is a little hazzy as its one of the pics that went missing) The furious charge vet charges the bomber and again cuts him down, too bad the bomb was already set and ticking down!
Spraggy
Spraggy and friends start coming closer to the new crater Grimmly just made. They want a piece of the action. group 2 moves some but doesnt do anything. Lucky for the boy that rigged the bomb, he got away just intime, the bomb blew up a measly 7 inches. It blew up the rhino it was behind and immobolised the one next to it.
Grimmly
Grimmly assaults the techmarine(or it was the techmarine that assaulted him, either way) he gets killed during the attack. Group2 shoots the rhino again doing nothing. The bomb blows! Grimmly was a smart ass, but that grot knew how to rig a damn bomb! 16 inch blast!! Blew up a vindicator, and oddly enough...a storm bolter...............thats weird. BUT! It blows up crazy furious charge vet, the techmarine paints the building across from himself with his insides....AND 3 Orks from Spraggys group, and sadly Grimmlys friend. Nice.
SM
The last remaining Vet, Mr body guard was lucky enough the command tank blew him down in that crater, because it saved his life. So he charges towards Spraggy to make sure that no leader types are left for the few Orks that are left. He lands all his attacks, and somehow only wounds Spraggy once, and Spraggy doing what he does best, ripped that poor
SM to shreds, just like the others.
Game end.
Spraggy stood on a smoking ruin of a battle field. He knew what was left of his group had to get out of there soon, as the large explosions surely alarmed any near by Imperials. He was proud of his boyz, though he wouldnt tell them that. Grimmly went after the command tank, and although that was an impressive boom, Grimmly got himself killed over it, and that made Spraggy smile a bit. Not only did he win the contract, but will add a few lads with rokkit launchas to his group. Holding his side, where a broken power weapon was still lodged, he roared for his boyz "COMON LADZ! WEZ GOT US A CONTRAK
TA DO!"
(Side note next time we do the bigass bombs, we are going to roll 2
D6 pick the highest on the damage table, simply because the bombs were impressive in size, and were made to blow up tanks.....and having a nuclear blast like I had, that broke off a storm bolter seemed a bit....weak
