The name sounds like something on the back of your underpants after eating Mexican.

3 ML feels a bit undergunned for a LR chassis.

Points cost? Transport capacity? special rules? eligibility?

I'd advise that you give us something to work with rather than apparently just posting an idea that pops into your head...

The electro missiles sound quite overpowered; auto-penetrating every vehicle they hit with twin-linked (who won't buy that upgrade for the chance of wiping out every vehicle you see?) BS4?

Making it glance on a 2-4 and penetrate on a 5-6 evens the odds a bit.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

I agree that the auto pen seems strong.

As to the main armaments. 2 twin-linked tyhpoon missile launchers, 1 per side.

Replace the front mounted missile launcher with the "Hellstreak Missile Launcher", which may launch frag and krak missiles similar to a typhoon launcher, or it may fire a single hellstreak missile. With an upgrade to also add the EMP missiles.

Edit:
As for transport capacity, perhaps 6 models, as I see this as a command bunker sort of vehicle, or perhaps a support vehicle, not the kind you'd roll up a ton of troops into a breach or what not.

Edit 2:
Advanced multi-targeting matrix would be a nice upgrade, allowing each weapon system to shoot at a different target.

I think this should be mounted on a Predator chassis, not Land Raider.

Predator Hellstreak

BS: 4 Armor: F: 13 S: 11 R: 10

Turret Weapon: Two Twin Linked Missile Launchers(Fired as a single weapon)
Sponson Weapons: Deathwind Missile Launchers

Rules: Special Issue Missiles

In addition to the standard Frag and Krak missiles, the Hellstreak Predator may fire either Hellstreak Missiles or Thunderbolt Missiles(See below) Each launcher must fire the same type of missile, and only from the launcher, not the Deathwind launchers.

Hellstreak Missiles

Range: 48" S: X AP: - Type: Ignores Cover, Large Blast, Poisoned(4+), Offensive

*Offensive: Though they have no Strength value, Hellstreak Missiles do not count as Defensive weapons.

Thunderbolt Missiles

Range: 48" S: X AP: 1 Type: Thunderbolt

Thunderbolt: This weapon has no effect on Infantry. However, when targeting vehicles, ignore standard armor penetration, and roll a d6. On a 1, the hit fails to penetrate. On a 2, 3, 4, or 5, the hit is a Glancing Hit, and on a 6, the hit is a Penetrating Hit.

Dr Robert's suggestions are far more balanced, and I would personally play against his suggestion quite readily in a playtest range of ~125-150 points to see how good it actually is, although I suspect that the large blast poisoned missiles are too good (fire all three on the move since they're defensive, slaughter whole units of light infantry like orks and bugs....should probably only be small blasts)

I like Dr. Robert's Idea a little more, It seems better suited for a predator hull. However I'm thinking that the specialized missiles are a bit much.
I would put the Hellfire missile as an upgraded Frag missile instead look more like:
Hellfire missile
Range: 48" S: 4 AP: 5 Type: large blast, ignores cover.

The thunderbolt I'm weary about since it's a dedicated tank killer. I think auto-glance would be the best for that type of missile.

Gave slight nerfs to both my missiles, swapped the weapons on the Hellstreak.
