The title says it all: Wazdakka can take a warbiker mob as troops right but does this apply to a nob squad on warbikes

No.

Nob bikers are a nobz mob on bikes , not a warbikers mob.

Take a warboss and you can take one unit of nobz (biked or otherwise) as troops.

Take a warbiker warboss and attach him to a nob biker pack with a painboy

I realise that your question has already been given an answer however just to pick up on the rule you are referring to. Wazdakka allows all warbiker mobs to be taken as troops choices, not just 1 (not nob bikers, normal bikers). This is unlike a warboss who allows 1 unit of nobs to be taken as a troops choice. With Wazdakka you could take 6 warbiker mobs as your troops (plus a further 3 as fast attack, plus 3 nob biker mobs as elites and then 2 warboss bikers if you really want a lot of bikes).

Actually just one warboss, as Wazzdakka takes up a HQ slot, too
