Monstrously Massive Big Mutant

I guess this is the most appropriate forum (if not could a mod move it).
Does anyone know of any companies producing realistic looking mech models?- think tank on legs. So far all I can find are mechs that don't look like they could ever actually fight. Idealy i'm looking for something about 3 inches high. The model will be for Secrets of the third reich so I need to stay away from mechs that have an overly sci fi look.
Thanks

Try these. http://www.hlj.com/product/YLSAM-006
Edit:
These could be a bit too tall for you.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Mr Burning- That one looks interesting, possibly a bit too scifi for a WW2 game but it looks like a good base.
Deminyn- Those first 2 look a bit large for light mechs. The second ones are great except they are already from the SOTR game so could get confusing if I use them as something else.

Gear Krieg has a full line of WWII mech models that look similar in style to legitimate WWII vehicles. They're also adding a 28mm line which should be in scale to the game you mentioned (the original Gear Krieg was 15mm in scale with FOW stuff).

For my SOTR USA army I have used AT-43 Red blok stuff repainted, as well as some Karmans with heads swapped to make "A.P.E" suits.
Similar to the http://www.hlj.com/product/YLSAM-006
I also bought a box of 24 Fireball SG 1.35 mechs
http://www.hlj.com/product/YLSAM-012-2
A box of 24 set me back around 25 quid I think which gave me enough to make a drop mech platoon at some point.
Have a look at some of the lost planet mechs on ebay I managed to get one for about 99p at one point, they are a bit Sci Fi looking but with a bit of work could look cool I think.
If you search ebay for things like robots/ mech/mecha/walker etc you can sometimes turn up useful bits and pieces.
I have never ordered anything from this site but it looks like it could be promising. http://www.sharkit.com/alterra1/alterraserie/alterraserie.htm
I found this page quite useful when I started getting into the whole weird war scene http://wk.frothersunite.com/sc/pulp/weirdwar.htm
Edit:
I forgot to say check out this guy's ebay store
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Resin-Model-Kit-1-35-Ma-k-SF3D-LT-5-Tanks-/280473391719?pt=UK_ToysGames_ModelKits_ModelKits_JN&hash=item414d845267
I haven't ordered from there yet but there are some interesting looking tank with legs kits, a few different styles. I don't know what sort of size they are however.

Thanks for the links.
Currently looking at getting some red Blok Kolossus but they are quite difficult to get. I really shouldn't have put of buying them when AT 43 was still around.

Maybe too Sci-Fi, but you should definitely check out Robogear, if only for the low cost and customizability. There's currently someone selling New-Old-Stock of them on Ebay for really low prices.
Here's a P&M blog on Robogear mechs and customizability.

For WWW2, check out a couple of variations on the "Mad Bull" model.

While not as WW2 looking as red blok I really like the Madbull mech. Shouldn't be too hard to cover vents and add rivets. Plus I can but it cheaper and without having to search for oop minis.
