Can my BA Libby use his blood lance AND assault afterwards?
I was in a match an my opponent said that it didnt have assault in it anywhere, so therefore could not assault afterwards.
This made me rage so much :/
So my question to you is,
Can my Libby use blood lance AND assault?

Also i didnt know PSA were assault by default >< My bad.

LOL this thread makes me laugh out loud for real and not just type lol (which generally means ltms Laughing-to-myself-silently) They are right Psychic Powers are assault powers unless specified differently in the codex that its rapid fire (I've yet to see one of these and would love to see one) or heavy.
