Looks like a very solid list. but in your 2 wych squads without heamonculus, maybe drop oe of the special weapons for ahekatrix. You can than give that special weapon to the hekatrix. That will help leadershiop and can make the shardnet do better, because he wielder has more attacks.

do you think the new dark eldar are overpowered?
a friend of mine said they are: the all have 'night vision', troops have 'fleet' and a lot have 'power from pain'.

I'm not sure wether that is a sword... it's more like a letteropener, really.

Perfect. I have nothing to suggest, except possibly switching to full Splinter on one of the trueborn units (Five guys, x3 carbines, x2 cannons), just for fun.

I think the army is balanced.

Actually, what you've specifically pointed out are the special rules that benefit me the least. Night Vision is nice in Dawn of War, but our vehicles are so fast that I've rarely needed the re-roll. Fleet is fantastic for Wyches, but rather useless on Warriors (except for perhaps late-game objective grabbing, if they're grounded). Power from Pain is nowhere near as good as it sounds in theory. Most armies are mech-based, and thus don't grant Pain Tokens. Whatever the Venoms are killing don't grant Pain Tokens either. If your troops are caught in the open, you're dead whether you have FnP or not. To be honest, most of my troops die from their vehicle exploding. I typically throw my Wyches in against Power Weapons / MCs / Dreads / Vehicles anyway (hence my 5 Shardnets and Haywire Grenades).

If Dark Eldar seem overpowered, I'd attribute it to the copious amount of Poison, Lance weaponry, and Wyches. There really isn't anything they can't absolutely slaughter in shooting and Wyches can mitigate any real combat threat. Nids vs. Dark Eldar is arguably the most one-sided matchup in the game right now if you ask me.

Dark Eldar lack staying power. Armor 10 and 11 open-topped vehicles as well as T3 and 5+/6+ saves are their biggest weaknesses. If your dice betray you, or if you get caught flat-footed, you're done.
