Coteaz and Inquisitor hook up with the DCA henchmen squads and cruise around with AV 14/14/14 protection. Some day they get out and hurt stuff.

Jokaero and SB Henchmen don't ride in their Razorbacks. They'll probably want cover, and either to hold objectives or cautiously advance while providing fire support. The Jokaero are there as much for the Lascannon power rings as they are for upgrading all the SBs. Who would say no to 36" or rending Stormbolters. Or both?

Melta Henchmen hurt tanks or hide for objective grabbing.

Anti-tank includes Vindicare, Land Raiders, Dread, Jokaero, Melta Warriors, and maybe the Razorbacks.

The list should be pretty flexible, with redundancy build in through the abilities of units to take on multiple roles if necessary. I do feel, slightly, that's I've got two big, strong units surrounded by a curcus of random other elements. I think the rest of the army fills empty roles, but it's not quite as clean-cut as I usually like my lists, I guess.

100 Coteaz
70 Xenos Inquisitor: Psyker, Rad Grenades

145 Vindicare

150 Henchmen: 7x DCAs, 3x Crusaders

32 Henchmen: 2x Melta Warriors (3rd with Laspistol)
41 -Rhino: Searchlight

i would just max out on small units with meltaguns, maybe some servitors with MM, in chimeras rather than expensive units with SB. If you have Jokaero i wouldn't have two in a unit and woiuld put them with units that have meltaguns or plasma guns rather than SB.

1) Coteaz is not a great Combat Character. Hammerhand is nice, but Sanctuary protecting your whole firebase from assaults, and the ability to shoot outflankers/Deepstrikes is better.

2) I would only take 1 Henchman Combat unit. I would take 5 DCA and 5 crusaders. It is powerful enough to kill most squads with Hammerhand and Rad Grenades, and it has more durability from the extra crusaders.

3) My suggestion for a jokaero unit is thus. 2x Jokaero, 3x Melta guns, 5x Storm bolters mounted in a chimera with ML/HB.

4) If you want to use razorbacks, you could always just put a few DCA in each. The razor shoot, the squad can get out and maul some marines.

Maxing out on small units with Meltas would be a horrible thing to do, honestly. My meta isn't mech overloaded, and there are plenty ways to take out vehicles in the list. Servitors are a bad idea unless you put an Inquisitor with them, as they sit there dumbfounded half the time, and SB units aren't expensive. In fact they're the cheapest and most efficient small arms in the game, even over Lasguns.

Coteaz isn't a great character on his own in any situation, really. He does have a hammer and Hammerhand. He's also required for the list. I put him where thought he'd do the most good: with the DCAs. If I have an opponent that's deepstriking, I'll put him with one of the other units. Easy peasy.

I take two units because something will inevitably go wrong with one of them. I usually run everything in my lists in paris, if not more. There's not a huge need for Crusaders, and I'm even tempted to not take them at all. DCAs can handle most things on their own. Even if I took out the 2nd DCA unit and the LR, what would those points go to? What weakness are we covering?

5 DCA are all you need if you have Rad grenades and hammerhand.

The crusaders are there to protect you in the shooting phase so your DCA can assault another target on the next turn.
