I'm working on a Chaos fleet at the moment but the next step is to build up an IN fleet to hunt down the Chaos boyz. To that point, I've drafted up a pair of lists that I'm hoping work out pretty well.

IN 1000 points
Dictator Cruiser
Lunar Cruiser

5x Sword Escorts (1 squadron)

IN 1500 points
Overlord Battlecruiser

These fleets look pretty solid to me. The only things I could suggest would be to work in a battleship or grand cruiser into the 1,500 point list, as I have found that larger fleets need a heavier ship to anchor them. At the same time 6 cruisers are nothing to sneeze at, and will probably still do well.
