I know, I know 'search before asking' but the results I saw were all just asking for recommendations. Well rather than just take your word for a particular model, I was hoping that you all could tell me what I should be looking for in an airbrush and compressor. I've never used one before but I do plan on using it for making a cities of death board and a bunch of tanks.

Thanks!

Airbrush:
dual action, internal mix, gravity feed. These are all musts for this hobby. Additional needles are nice for different projects.

Personally I use a Paasche Talon which meets all of the requirements. It can be found on Ebay for around $80-90.

Compressor:
4-40 psi, regulator, water trap, air tank is optional but nice if noise is an issue.

I have this compressor and it is quiet as a whisper.

"Bryan always said that if the studio ever had to mix with the manufacturing and sales part of the business it would destroy the studio. And I have to say – he wasn’t wrong there! ... It’s become the promotions department of a toy company." -- Rick Priestly
