I am going to make an Incubi shrine board for my games and need ideas
I have 16 16'' by 12'' boards
the centre one will have an avatar painted like steel with some skulls and bones around the feet.
there will be a balcony that is up to the avatars shoulders with bodies hanging from hooks
any other ideas that you have got

General people impaled, cages with wretches in them, spike/very slender towers

Make some pillars in it. The pillars should have the DE cauldron khaine statue holding chains or suspended cages etc.

If you look at the first page of the DE book, I'd try and use that general image to design your chair and such. Make it so those bones are the 'steps' leading up to the throne that is slightly inside the khaine mouth.

I would then use your steel avatar ideas kneelnig on both sides of the throne.

Blood flowing out of the throne, down the stairs, just like the picture. The kneeling khain statues could doing something with the cauldrons left over if you bought the whole kit.
