So for my Imperial Guard I am going to paint them as the Hyrkan 8th, from Dan Abnett's Gaunts Ghost's series. I will have my cadians painted as them and some Catachans acting as the Tanith First and Only. I have read the lines that tell us how the Hyrkan's fatigues look like, but I just cant get it right.

Has someone painted them before? If so could you please post a picture.

If no one has painted them, what are your guys interpretation of the uniforms described?

The average Hyrkan appears to be of pale skin with fair, almost colourless hair. Their uniform was dark grey, with beige webbing and forage caps. Winter battledress including camouflaged gloves and greatcoats

Thats lexi's view of them.

Im not a very good painter so I was seeing if anyone had tried to paint them before so I could get an idea for my own guys. It just doesnt seem like a good colour match with the greay fatigues and biege webbing.
