Hey all, some of you may have seen others posts of mine, but im making a craftworld which is based of Iyanden. iyanden sent a force to go and find an old maiden world, and re-populate the eldar back to their glorious days. My army uses the iyanden transfers, but are purple and black, with snot green and red details. They go by the name Ekalian Anumber "the light to fate".

A question, i wanted to include an eldrad in my army, obviously with a rename etc, however to model im using is the same model pose as a model iv already painted as a farseer. To solve this issue of having 2 farseers the same colours, iv decided to paint 1 up proper iyanden colours so yellow and blue. I was gonna put as his fluff that he uses the webway to travel from iyanden to them when they are in great times of need during war, so he is a farseer from iyanden, but assisits my craftworld on a regular basis.

Would this work?

“The light to fate”

The arrival – 996.M41

The “” was approaching closer, the crew excited that they may have found it. The it being the place of light, the fate they have been searching for. Once they arrived in the planets hemisphere they noticed they were under fire. The bullets looking like that of ork ammunition, large shells coated with dents and weird paintjobs of some sort. The crew tried to steer their way to safety, but noticed a large incoming bullet, a bullet that was moving extremely fast.

The crew stuck between 2 minds, one telling him to activate their star engines and fly out of this place before too much damaged is caused, whilst the other said to activate their vectored engines to unload and prepare for the best defence. Being caught in 2 minds, he immediately hears a voice. The voice came from the warlock Nesswen, the commander of the ship. The voice was instructing the crew to stop thinking doubtful thoughts, and demanded he activate their vectored engines. The crewmen immediately followed orders and activated the ships engines, ready for a rough landing. Meanwhile, Nesswen was readying her troops, preparing them for their first battle.

As the hatch flung open, the numerous guardians fled out towards the nearest ruin. A ruin which looked old and ragged, the remnants of an old bunker. As the guardians set up formation, they saw Nesswen outside the ruin, scanning the field to see their opposition.

As the warlock glared to the East, there was what looked like the remains of a mob of boys. Numbering at only 10 strong, “unleash their doom” shouted Nesswen, as her squad of guardians unloaded a shed load of shuriken into the boys. The Orks retaliating with their shootas, was unleashing countless shells of dakka at the guardians, however the accuracy of an ork was no match for that of the Eldar, and so the Orks were shot down with ease.

Nesswen called to the ship to send out the remaining guardians, and their anti-grav platforms, signalling that it was now safe to exit. As they exited the ship they began to shift towards the warlock and her squad, when suddenly a guardian was shot down, being hit by numerous bullets. Nesswen glanced over from the direction of fire, and saw an ork boy armed with a big shoota, unleashing bullet after bullet at the squad. In reaction to this Nesswen leaped over to the guardians and activated her conceal power, shrouding the guardians in a mist that blurred the Orks vision. Whilst this mist was active, the 2 crew in the squad unleashed 4 rounds of their scatter laser from their anti-grav platform straight at the ork, resulting in it being nothing more than a dead corpse.

Puzzled to why the Orks were here Nesswen was anxious of her surroundings. Scanning the forest that was in sight, she saw nothing, and just heard mighty roars from other Orks.
She rallied the squads into their formations, and ordered the remaining units to disembark the ship. The crew staying put in case of any tactical withdrawal or assistance needed in the air.
Out of the ship darted a squad of storm guardians, armed with their close combat blades and their shuriken pistols, supported by 2 fusion guns armed for any heavy armour. Followed by them was a full squad of rangers, the finest in their camp, armed with their ranger long rifles. .

Moving cautiously through the foliage Nesswen saw an ork on what looked like a patrol. Carefully planning in her head, she ordered the ranger squad to press forward and record any ork movement up ahead. The rangers immediately began to move around the side, advancing beyond the Orks vision.

With the rangers gone, it was now time to silence this foul greenskins. Nesswen ordered for the scatter laser to be aimed carefully and fired. The guardians getting into position unleashed a volley at the lonesome ork, but due to the amount of trees and pieces of rubble, the ork remained untouched.

The Orks realising that it was being shot at, immediate let out a cry for his fellow greenskins to come join. The guardians loathing over their mistake started to unleash their catapults into the ork, eventually striking him down. However Nesswen was not happy with this action, and demanded them to hold their fire.

Suddenly in the wind, they heard the scream of their ranger sisters, the sound like they were being slaughtered. Then suddenly in the distance, stood the warboss. The tall dark skinned beast with a huge axe that looked like it has just been sharpened. “WAAAGH!” the beast unleashed, whilst numerous mobs of boys counting at 60 hurled over the fallen trunks, shooting their sluggas at the Eldar.

Nesswen immediately joined the storm guardian squad and activated her conceal again, shrouding her squad in a mist. Meanwhile the remaining guardians set up behind random terrain that was surrounding them, began to unleash shuriken back at the Orks. With many Orks falling easily, Nesswen and her squad began to run towards the near charging boys, unsheathing her witchblade. As she unsheathed the sword, an elegant voice fluttered in the wind,

Charging towards the boys, Nesswen and her squad leaped into combat, fighting the Orks head on, however because their allies were offering fire support at the boys, they forgot about the remaining boys at the back. The boys at the back unleashed big shoota rounds into the guardians wounding 4 immediately. Realising this, the remaining guardians of the squad turned round and began opening fire back at them. With the shuriken flying at them and the countless rounds from the scatter laser, the Orks were slaughtered.
Meanwhile Nesswen and her guardians were hacking and leaping with the Orks, acrobatically moving around the Orks with such elegant speed, hacking the Orks apart bit by bit causing them all to fall.

The warlocks using their psychic energies to conceal their units in a misty fog, whilst tampering with their foes minds. They approached the main ork camp, when they realised there was a warboss, covered by a group of boys that looked 60 strong. The Eldar immediately hiding within the forest that was surrounding them came across the dead remains of both Orks and Tyranids, thus realising why the Orks are here in the first place. Realising this was the result of a war that had been happening, the elder decided to eliminate the remains of the Orks.

After the last ork fell, the Eldar then realised they had forgotten about the warboss, of which was charging straight towards the warlock with a pissed off face, growling as he approached.

Understanding the warboss’s next action, Nesswen rallied her squad and charged the warboss head on, ordering all guardians to unleash shuriken into the beast. However this boss was armoured more than a typical boy, and so the shots were pinging off doing no damage at all.
Getting closer the guardians and Nesswen leaped over the warboss, and began to collide swords with its mighty axe. However the warboss being far stronger than the guardians, managed to knock them back off their feet. Sending the guardians to the ground, the warboss was able to stamp over the guardians, crushing their frail bone structure and causing them to bleed out the mouth, whilst it swung its mighty axe at the few trying to get up.

With her squad wiped out, it was down to Nesswen to take care of the beast, and to show her new recruited guardians how to handle one of these. She leapt at the warboss, springing of its shoulder whilst swinging blow after blow, all gliding through the air like sound waves. The warboss managed to meet many of the blows with his axe, but was not able to knock down this warlock like he did the guardians. Angered by this the warboss began to swing with a more strength behind it, foolishly becoming slower and off balanced. The warlock took this advantage and began to slither through the air like it didn’t exist, slashing the warboss’s lower back and the back of its legs. Wounding the warboss deeply, it did not give up, and continued to swing for the warlock. Evidently catching a glance of the warlock, he managed to wound her left arm, but this did not stop her speed. Continuing to slice and move against the warboss, she then was about to deliver the final blow when she got a sudden shock of an evil that she did not feel comfortable with. This evil not generating from the warboss. Because of this feeling, the warboss swung at her again, catching that same left arm causing her to have to wield her sword one handed. However this warlock was not just any warlock, she was a spiritseers of the Iyanden craftworld, and was not going to be shown up by a petty warboss. She leaped in the air, allowing the warboss to swing, dodging the blow, she managed to stab her blade straight through the warboss’s skull, all the way through to the other side. The warboss dropped to the floor as blood squirted out all over the floor. However Nesswen did not walk over to the remaining guardians, for she was still puzzled about this force of chaos that was lurking.

Once that battle had finished, Nesswen rallied her troops with quick speed. She voiced back to the ship to see if their crew were alive “is the enemy gone from your sights?” There was a pause for a few seconds. " Yes the enemy has been killed, the foul beasts roar no more”. Nesswen immediately began to head back to the ship, confused by how she still felt that chaos was surrounding her. Could this be Slaaanesh trying to grab her poor soul, or could it be an illusion set to trap her. Knocking that aside, she arrived back at the ship. As she began to walk up the ramp, it hit her. A feeling beyond any feeling she has ever experienced. This feeling was of terror, corruption and none the less, evil.

She turned round, getting a glimpse of something moving in the trees. She couldn’t make out what it was, but then it lunged out towards her. “Tyranids!” she shouted whilst gripping her shuriken pistol, falling backwards whilst releasing a round into the beasts head. The genestealer was blown to pieces, but it was not alone. Suddenly out of the surrounding foliage, spawned numerous termagants, with their fleshborers at arm, ready to devourer their foe. Supporting them was a squad of 3 tyranid warriors, all equipped with larger guns, all aimed and ready for destruction. From the east, genestealers began to arrive, fleeting with high speed towards the warlock. Nesswen knew that this would be tough, but she did not back down. She immediately rallied her troops, and told the crew to start the engines in case an exit is needed.

Nesswen leapt of the ramp, with the survivors of her guardian squad following suite. The guardian defenders stationed up and around the closest piece of terrain to the ship, allowing them a god firing arc. They immediately began to unload their shuriken into the termagants, causing them to result in nothing but corpses. Nesswen began to charge at the genestealers, releasing round after round of her shuriken pistol, whilst having the support of her fellow guardians. Managing to whittle down the genestealers,

Meanwhile, whilst the guardians were making the termagants drop like fodder, their warrior counterparts were also releasing their constant flow of worms at the guardians, managing to kill few of their numbers. The guardians knew that the termagants were only a distraction unit, and so ordered the anti-grav platform to concentrate fire upon the bigger targets. Releasing many rounds into the warriors, the platform only managed to kill one warrior before being smothered in corrupted worms.

It was then that the guardian squad began to fear this outcome, but as they had this thought process, they immediately replaced it with the sight of peace, and harmony. Doing this, they instantly began to unleash more shuriken into the termagants, managing to reduce their ranks before they managed to do any damage.

On the other hand, Nesswen charged the genestealers with her guardian squad, she leapt around, showing the genestealers that they lacked the speed of the Eldar. She managed to decapitate many of them, but at a cost. The cost was all but 3 of her guardian squad. Unlike Nesswen they were not as skilled, and were clawed by the genestealers attacks. The last genestealer was still attacking, attacking like a mindless beast, with the desire to only devourer the enemy. Nesswen soon shot this survivor in the back of the head, causing its brains and glands to swell and pop, unleashing an ooze of blood. Nesswen glanced over to the remaining Tyranids, realising that her side were being whittled down. She immediately dashed towards the remaining enemy, ready to send them back to the twisted place they came from. However as she approached the Tyranids, a mighty blast struck and caused a huge crater where the surviving warriors were standing. The guardians puzzled by what done this, heard the crew in the ship “ I managed to get the ships guns back online” The survivors were relieved, however they were then hit with a mighty blast which was not from their guns. A blast which killed all but 2 of the guardian defender squad. Nesswen followed the trace of the blast, which lead to a hive tyrant, roaring with anger and hunger, which began to immediately charge towards the Eldar ship. Nesswen and her survivors continued to dash towards this twisted soul, releasing round after round of shuriken from their pistols, but these were doing no damage. The remaining guardians from the defender squad, continued to shoot the tyrant with their catapults, but again was still not doing anything.

The hive tyrant getting closer to its target, was getting more hunger pains as it was ready to devourer its prey. Approaching the ship it began to swing its huge sword towards the vehicles rear engine. However it was interrupted when an almighty blast from the ships missile launcher struck the side of it. Roaring with pain, the creature swung its sword again, this time connecting with the ships rear frame, taking a huge chunk of its armour, you could see inside the ship.

Nesswen approached, immediately stabbing the beast with multiple hits from all angles, whilst her guardian brothers and sisters were trying to distract the beast with shuriken, as they knew their guns had no effect on the beast.
The hive tyrant turned away from the ship, trying to swing its bonesword at the warlock, but once again the tyranid proved to be too slow. However although it was trying to strike the warlock, its lash whip managed to trap the guardians from the storm squad, resulting in them being beheaded by the beast,

Nesswen continued to prod the hive tyrant with her blade, trying to find a weak spot on the creature. With the time it was taking killing the remaining guardians, she managed to get an accurate blow to its head, causing an almighty roar of pain. Immediately responding the creature became victim to frenzy. The hive tyrant thrashing around, had become so much stronger, that it managed to whip, cut and crush the remaining guardians from the defender squad, causing their eyes to be drowned in their own blood.

Nesswen began to strike harder with her blows, reducing her speed for strength. The wounds getting deeper for the hive tyrant, causing its rage to increase. It struck harder, more powerful than before, slaying all the remaining guardians.

When the last guardian was slain, the best let out a psychic scream, which knocked Nesswen to the floor. The psychic energy in its scream, made Nesswen soul feel like it had been sucked in by Slaaanesh.
The hive tyrant went to stomp on Nesswen, but she managed to evade the attack, and locate her witchblade. Managing to grip her blade, she jumped back to her feet, ready for the beast to strike again.

As the hive tyrant swung its bonesword, and whipped its lash whip, Nesswen evaded both attacks, managing to manoeuvre between the creatures legs with her blade up. The blade cutting through the tyrant’s pelvis, managing to separate its legs. The hive tyrant immediately fell to the floor, still trying to swing its weapons.

Nesswen did not stop there, she knew this beast wasn’t dead, and so struck it continuously to the back of its head, until the foul beast moved no more. It was then, the chaotic psychic energy she had felt, deteriorated.

After returning to the remains of the ship, she discovered that the crew were fine, and suffered no scratches, whilst there was a few guardians all requiring medical aid. It was then that the signals became un-jammed, and the crew managed to get some connectivity of psychic communication between themselves and their home world. Nesswen immediately took charge, issuing their location, and that they had removed all potential threats, for it was now safe to send the bonesingers and their wraithbone to start building this new empire. Nesswen reported to Iyanden “We will go by the name Ekalian anumber”, which means The Light to Fate for this planet is their light which brings them the fate of survival and peace.

It was then the craftworld Ekalian anumber had been created.

C+C welcome
