Yes, it does. But I don't recommend using their glue since the fat tube usually pours out too much on the smaller components of scale model kits.

If you can, get plastic glue from a company called Revell, their plastic glue comes with a finer nozzle which allows for better control of how much glue comes out.

Under the couch

Citadel plastic glue will work on any polystyrene models. Not sure why you would want to, though... Frankly, you're better off buying pretty much any other plastic glue on the market.

Don't see why not but never used Citadel glue as have either used the Revell Pro Contacta or Humbrol equivalent

From comments of others they are better than Citadel and cheaper.

If you already have Citadel apply with a cocktail stick to overcome the problem Snarky mentions
