Simple question can you master craft a Orbital Strike Relay? Both the Grandmaster and Brother-Captain can master craft any weapon they have and the OSR is "Its treated as a ranged weapon" and is found listed under weapons on page 96.

I suppose you could. Rerollable Orbital strikes might make them worth taking. Now for a question of my own, If a model in a unit uses an orbital strike, does he have to Target the same thing as his unit?

Yes, as you are firing a weapon.

Exactly, "Rokk 'em boyz!" is awesome. We actually did hit a neighboring table with it once, and they even resolved it in their game.
