Already = Prior to a specified time, previously.
E.g. "I have already done my chores for today."
All ready = All of the specified items are ready, everything has been completed.
E.g. "I have completed your order, it's all ready for collection."
Altogether = Wholly, completely.
E.g. "That is an altogether new idea."
All together = All in unison.
E.g. "We will sing the next verse all together."

There is a difference between there, their, and they're.
Your and you're do not mean the same thing.
Its and it's aren't interchangeable.
Nuclear is not pronounced Nu-Cu-Lar.
C-A-T does not spell dog, despite what Ogre says.

They're is some trouble surrounding you're nu-cu-lar barking C-A-Ts; their not looking very healthy, I suspect its to do with there food; its not a good brand, and its not famous for it's nutrition.
